Once your prescription and frame are chosen, your lenses are cut and fitted to the frame in our own lab.
Every pair is checked for power, centring and fit before it is handed over, and adjusted to sit comfortably on your face.

Usually one to three days, depending on holidays, the brand and the lens type. We inform you by phone or WhatsApp when they are ready.
Yes. Frame fitting, adjustment and repair are available, and manufacturing defects can be claimed under warranty.
Collection is from the store, and a courier can be arranged for customers who are unable to visit. There is no charge for dispatch.
